Coal-based recarburizer is made by calcining high-quality anthracite in a calciner 1240C, which can remove sulfur, moisture, and volatiles during the production process. The method of using the recarburizer is determined according to the actual situation on site. The common method is to add it collectively, that is to say, add it to the furnace together with the charge (pig iron, scrap steel, and recharge). In the process of adding, use the scrap steel and the recarburizer as much as possible. Adequate contact and good carbon increase effect are used by customers at this stage, and the absorption rate can reach more than 90%.
